Audio issues with your smartphone?
Broken Headphone in Jack
If you have a headphone jack broken off in the jack of your device we can possibly remove or replace the port. We see this all the time and have a great method. PLEASE DO NOT TRY ADDING GLUE TO REMOVE THE JACK!
No Sound - No Problem
If your phone speaker is blown or not working we can replace it. Common speakers replaced are loud speakers and earpiece speakers.
Microphone not working?
If people cannot hear you in calls or are having trouble hearing you then a new microphone may be needed. Sometimes the microphone hole where it picks up sound from in your phones housing could also be clogged. If you cannot talk to Siri or Bixby or Google Assistant then you may need a new microphone. Same goes for missing audio in your videos.
How long do audio repairs take?
For iPhones the repair takes about one hour. For Samsungs, LG and some other brands we do the repair between 1-3 hours when the part is in stock.
What if the issue is a circuit board problem like a bad Audio chip?
Unfortunately there are some known audio issues we don’t service here. The most common one is the Audio IC chip on the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus. This is because of poor chip design and frame bending that a trace under the chip shifts and causes malfunction. In these scenarios a new speaker or mic will not fix the issue.
Can you install my part?
We don’t like to but we can. We don’t recommend using parts found on ebay, amazon or so on. We have build a strong relationship with our vendor and have figured out the best quality parts so you don’t have to. Our parts are competitively priced and usually we save people money by using our supply. You also get our 90 day warranty when we install our part. With your part the warranty is between you and who you purchased it from. We are just doing installation.
How difficult of a repair is this?
We certainly recommend having a professional do the repair. A lot of small components, fine adhesive and careful hands are needed.
