Boot - looping
If your phone is re-booting over and over again you could have firmware corruption. This can be caused by improper shut down, failed update or user damage. Often we can repair the software and keep the data but in severe circumstances a full system restore may be needed. We will go over all the options.
Stuck in recovery mode
If your phone only boots to recovery mode or download mode there could be some sort of software issue. Either bad update or possibly due to software modifications such as rooting or jailbreaking. Damaged buttons or other hardware issues may also be to blame.
Malware & Viruses
