The photo above is probably not a practical housing to get swapped. The reason why is that the logic board (main circuit board) is likely to fail because of it being bent. Micro-fractures in the board can cause long term issues such as no-touch or no-service or complete phone failure. These kind of extreme situations it’s better to get the data if possible and replace the device.

We have special tools to round out dents on many devices. We can of course always replace the housing as well.
Samsung Back Glass Replacement
This is an inexpensive and relatively common repair we do here at our shop. Most parts in stock but can easily acquire an OEM part if needed.
iPhone 8 / iPhone x Back Glass
Apples latest generation of iPhones have back glass again. Unlike predecessors these new phones have back glass that has adhesive so strong that removing the glass after it has broken an incredibly hard task. What is the risk of having a bent phone?
If your phone is bent you are susceptible to many low level circuit board issues. Having a bent phone damages the battery as well. Many components get stress fractures that are not easily pinned down in the solder joints and can cause a myriad of issues. A completely working phone can become non-working by straightening or removing the circuit board from the housing as it will bend back and cause creases or micro fractures. We will assess and go over the risks before proceeding.
Can I bring you my own custom colored housing to install?
You may, but we are not responsible for poor quality parts. We will fit them and you are on your own from there out. The issue with custom colors and aftermarket housings is that many housings have antenna’s built into them and some cheap parts can cause service issues.
Can you replace just the glass?
On most housings with a glass piece we can replace just the glass if damaged. However that is not the case with all devices. iPhone 8 / X needs a full housing swap.
Can you install my part?
We don’t like to but we can. We don’t recommend using parts found on ebay, amazon or so on. We have build a strong relationship with our vendor and have figured out the best quality parts so you don’t have to. Our parts are competitively priced and usually we save people money by using our supply. You also get our 90 day warranty when we install our part. With your part the warranty is between you and who you purchased it from. We are just doing installation.
How difficult of a repair is this?
We certainly recommend having a professional do the repair. A lot of small components, fine adhesive and careful hands are needed.
