Battery Issues?
Avoid cheap batteries!
Don’t be fooled by batteries online promising higher capacity then the original. There are many sellers out there that offer double the capacity and it’s physically not possible without having 2x as big of a battery. Also many batteries found online are used batteries with a sticker wrapped on them. Many original batteries found online are also used. We offer brand new batteries with 0 charging cycles in all of our repairs and back them with a 90 day warranty!
Random Power Issues
If your phone is shutting off randomly or dying and with 10% or more capacity left you may need a new battery. It can sometimes be another issue. If your phone is boot-looping where the device turns on and off over and over again you may need a new battery.
Battery diagnostics
We are able to test most batteries. However, some systems will have a section in the device that will give health status. We can also see what the current draw is to get some ideas. A lot of the diagnostic process though is anecdotal and we take your input to help determine best course of action. We can always install a battery and do a 90 day warranty. If are not satisfied we will rectify the issue.
Fast Turn Around
Most iPhone repairs are done within one hour. We also offer many Samsung, LG and other various Android repairs. Times and turn around times may vary. Feel free to call us or stop by for more information.
How long does a battery repair take?
For iPhones the repair takes about one hour. For Samsungs, LG and some other brands we do the repair between 1-3 hours when the part is in stock.
What is your warranty?
Our warranty for batteries is 90 days.
My phone no longer turns on. Can you replace the battery?
A common issue we see is that many people think that the battery is always the solution to their problem. If your device has no power, no life or history of liquid damage replacing the battery is not going to be a magic bullet that will fix your issues. In these types of cases we recommend stopping by for a free diagnostic.
Why are Samsung screens more expensive?
Samsung displays are quite expensive. The reason why they cost more is because Samsung is the only real manufacturer of good quality AMOLED screens. This technology has not been cloned or duplicated WELL. They control the flow of parts and that set’s the market price a bit high.
Can you install my part?
We don’t like to but we can. We don’t recommend using parts found on ebay, amazon or so on. We have build a strong relationship with our vendor and have figured out the best quality parts so you don’t have to. Our parts are competitively priced and usually we save people money by using our supply. You also get our 90 day warranty when we install our part. With your part the warranty is between you and who you purchased it from. We are just doing installation.
How difficult of a repair is this?
We certainly recommend having a professional do the repair. A lot of small components, fine adhesive and careful hands are needed.
