Operating System Issues

If your computer fails to load there is a 50% chance that it is your Operating System having some sort of issue. It is also possible your Hard Drive could be failing. Windows failing to load can be a few things. Could be a bad update or something to do with the bootloader. We are able to recover a computer and extract the data that has this issue. Sometimes machines can get stuck on the “preparing recovery” screen.

If your Apple computer is failing to load it could be a few things. Could be an issue with the operating system or a bad update. Could be firmware corruption or possibly a bad Hard Drive. We can get to the bottom of the issue and save your data as well as fix the machine.

We can resolve any device driver hardware issues with your Windows computer. We can re-install, update and diagnose all driver related issues. Sometimes a driver can have issues due to a hardware issue. Common driver issues include: Trackpad not behaving right, hot keys not working, display resolutions issues, wifi issues and so on.

If your computer is randomly crashing or crashing on boot with a Blue Screen crash then there is a chance your system needs to be re-installed / repaired. However most of the time it is an indication of a hardware failure. We can diagnose the issue at our shop for free.

If you try and log in  to your windows computer and there is an issue with the user profile we can repair this. Essentially it is usually related to a registry issue pointing to your user data. Sometimes an Operating System re-install is necessary.

If your Apple computer is having Kernel panics it could could be a issue with the Operating System or a hardware issue. usually it is a hardware problem but we have had some success with it being a system issue.
