ABOUT US

For the last 10 years, we have been providing repair for computers and smartphones in the Monterey area. We have been blessed to work in such a beautiful town with such wonderful clients. We have been able to build our brand on integrity and trust. Most of our business comes from word of mouth. When we set out to start a repair company we wanted to do something different. We know how if feels to go to a repair shop and not know what to expect or get a surprise bill. Two things we do not like or do at our store. We believe in free diagnostics (we try and check your device with you when possible). Only exception is when it comes to custom computer builds or deleted data recovery. We give flat-rate prices on all repairs, no hourly unless we are doing remote support. We believe in practical repairs. Practical repairs are those fixes that are going to last and make financial sense. We don’t want to push people to fix things that are short term fixes or repair things where the cost-value ratio is not good. We always make friendly recommendations and treat customers like family.
