What types of devices do you repair?
We repair all computers. We fix most major brands of tablets and smartphones with the exclusion of Sony, Motorola & Nokia. We keep most computer repair parts and Apple iPhone repair parts in stock. We also have a variety of Samsung parts in stock as well.
How do I know if I need the LCD repair or not?
If the actual screen of the phone is bleeding, white, or has any dead pixels then you’re going to need to select the LCD & Glass option as the LCD has suffered irreversible damage. Still not sure? Send a picture of the current condition of the phone while it is powered on to support@yourdomain.com and we will do our best to diagnose it.
Do you need my SIM card?
No we do not need your SIM card but without it we cannot fully test your device.
What is the repair process?
Just stop by and we will do a free diagnostic (custom built computers excluded) and we will give you a flat-rate price and a turn around time. We then repair the device an contact you asap. No appointment necessary to drop by.
What is the typical turnaround time on repairs?
We know how important your device is to you and can usually repair and return your phone within one hour. We carry a multitude of Smartphone replacement parts in stock. Plus, we stock large numbers of screen assemblies, charging ports, cameras, batteries, tablet supplies, and more. Some parts may require a special order. We generally have all iPhone parts in stock and order for most other brands. For computer repairs turn around time is usually 1-4 days depending on the repair and part availability.
How much does it cost?

How will my data be returned to me ?
This depends of the amount of data recovered, however we can provide data on USB sticks or external hard drives to ensure you receive your data as soon as possible. Please make sure to provide a target drive to put the data on when dropping off the device you want recovered so we can begin. We also sell storage devices at our shop.
Will my data be erased?
We will never erase your data unless you sign a waiver asking us to. We require two forms of confirmation before erasing data on any device. We take data very seriously!
What happens if my data cannot be recovered ?
Unfortunately there are such cases if the device is too badly damaged or the data has been destroyed. In such a case we do a no-fix no charge with exception of deleted data recovery. In witch case we require a $65 attempt fee.
What kind of parts do you use for repairs?
We only use 100% genuine parts where possible. If original parts are not available we will source the next best thing OEM parts from the same factories that produce the parts. In some cases aftermarket may be used and disclosed to the customer ahead of time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit or debit cards except AMEX. If your coming to collect in person you can pay by cash. We also accept certain Crypto Currencies.
