Our favorite service we offer here is to build custom machines! We can build them as big as your imagination or tailored to your specific need. What ever it is, we want to do it!
Premium parts with a warranty
We do our best to steer our customers away from poor quality parts. Of course it is your build not ours. We see a lot of computers here for various repairs and have a pretty good feel for what parts are least problematic and what cases are quality. Sometimes those photos don’t do the cases justice.
Helping diagnose & finish your build
We totally respect DIY culture and cannot blame anyone for doing things on their own. Sometimes you might need a little help from a professional. We offer 3 services for customers who are currently building a computer and having issues, have a build that has stopped working. 1.) We can offer a “solution service” where we find the issue and charge a fee to inform you of what is wrong and you fix it. 2.) We can finish the assembly and operating system and driver portion if that is what is needed. 3.) We can also find a issue and you choose to have us do the full repair parts and all.
1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty
On all builds we offer a 1 year parts and labor warranty much like any other manufacturer. Of course you can also opt to extend that warranty through an additional warranty purchase. This warranty is for all computers built by us with quality sourced parts.

When you are ready to build your machine stop by the shop and let us know your budget and we will piece together a build and we can make changes with you to get the exact machine you want.
Doing the build right!
When we build a computer we make sure that it is done right. Starting with advising on parts and specs for your needs. We make sure to do proper cable management when we install the components to make sure it does not look like a mess of wires and to optimize airflow. Suggesting the right cooling for the job, weather liquid or air cooled, closed loop or full custom. We always use 100% genuine parts and software.
Common Questions & Answers
Are diagnostics on custom built computers free?
The answer is NO and YES. Because people who build their own computers will take a free diagnostic and just fix the device itself we feel like it lends little opportunity to our company for a monetary reason to fix. Basically, we need a path to repair.
Of course we do free diagnostics for folks who have off the shelf computers and they don’t fix the machine and all is good, no charge.
However, it’s dis hardening spending 2 hours on a computer diagnostic only to find out that a customer is just going to pick up and fix themselves. It used to happen all the time. We often have to swap out every component to find the bad one and that takes time and energy. We also have to work backwards and find out what a customer did vs an OEM that does it the same way consistently.
What we offer is a “solution fee” for custom builds. We let you know what is wrong and you can fix it for a small fee. And we guarantee the fix will work or your money back or we take another look.
We will also offer a price to fix or finish a custom build as well and would treat it like a standard repair.
We will do a free diagnostic sometimes. Like if you bring in a custom computer and the issue is so blindingly obvious to us we are going to let your know what is wrong right away. Like your fan is not spinning, your hard drive is crashed or bad power supply sometimes.
What is the process?
Drop by the computer and we will find out the issue if you need a repair.
If you want a build and you are serious about it stop by in person and we will spec out a machine and you can decide what to do from there. We don’t quote custom builds over email or phone, we need a commitment that you are even mildly serious enough to stop by before spending half an hour getting some suggestions. Of course you can chew over the info and is no issue if you don’t have any service done but it helps weed out tire kickers so to speak.
How long does a repair or diagnostic take?
It is a bit trickier for custom hardware. However typical turn around is 1-3 days for diagnostic and possible repair. However, it can take longer for more open ended issues such as possible bad ram, bad cpu or inconsistent issues like very random issues. We do our best to expedite the repairs as fast as possible.
How long does it take to build a computer?
we have quoted, taken deposit and built a machine in 3 days several times. However expect anywhere form 1 up to 2 weeks on the extreme end.
Can I pay with credit card? Is there a cash discount?
You can pay with credit card. You will pay the CC fee because of the cost of building a computer. A $1500 build will have a $40 CC fee for example.
We want to be as fair as possible and offer a low labor rate but cannot afford to do that if we are getting killed on part cost and CC fees. If you want to pay the CC fees then CC is fine.
If you pay cash you will save that $40. Other places may not charge a fee but they mark up parts to make up for the difference or charge a lot more labor. We are just being up front!
Can I just call or email and have you give me a build out for a new machine?
We will email you the full specs but require you to stop by. We have shot out tons of builds we spent a lot of time putting together for customers who never stepped foot in our store. Some never even so much as replied with a thank you. If you are committed at the very minimum I am sure you can stop by for a free consultation in the shop. From there we will get you all the info you need.
If I bring you my own parts will you build a machine for me?
Assuming all the parts are compatible then no problem. However, since you are providing your own parts we cannot offer a warranty. You will have to take up any warranty issues with the manufacturer. Of course we can assist you but our 1 year warranty is for machines we provide parts for and build.
