There are repair people around town who use LOW QUALITY parts! The iPhone 4 Glass is FUSED or GLUED together with the LCD. The proper replacement part must be glued together! The parts that are glued together are more expensive but not by much! The reason the parts are glued together is to KEEP DUST OUT. If a tech advertises an unbelievably low price they are likely using the CHEAP non-glued together parts. You will HAVE ISSUES if you use these guys guaranteed.
