Is it cheaper if I bring my own part?

A.

Sometimes it is okay to bring your own part for repair. However that is usually not the case. We do not mark up parts so you get our wholesale cost and just pay the same labor. We also warranty our parts. We cannot warranty your parts. Also iPhone, iDevices etc have such bad quality parts on the market that it is likely your part is wrong or severely lacking the same quality as ours.

If you find other problems will there be additional charges?

A.

No not without the customers consent! If there is an additional issue found we will call and confirm the additional fee and you can decide if you want to proceed or not. No hassles.

What happens if you cannot fix my device?

A.

The answer is simple. No-Fix = No-Charge. If we cannot fix it, we will not charge. Unless there is a per-agreed arrangement before repair starts.

Do you charge diagnostic fees?

A.

We do free diagnostic on all repairs. The only time you may be asked to pay a diagnostic is if a repair needs to be initiated such as water damage cleaning to determine the repair ability of a device since the repair is the in the diagnostic phase. Otherwise the initial look under the hood is free and so is the consultation. Computer repairs even if disassembly is required are still 100% free to diagnose same with any other device.

Are you open on weekends?

We are closed usually in order to get caught up on work but we are often at the shop. Feel free to call or text to see about appointments on weekends. We are closed most major holidays. If we do close the site will say so.

Do you fix water damage?

How long do iPhone / iPod Repairs Take?

A.

iPhone repairs only take 30 min to 1 hour. Water Damage is a bit longer due to the process. iPod Repairs are same day!

Do you warranty your repairs?

Yes we do! We warranty all of our repairs either 120 days or 90 days depending on the service! More Info on Warranty Info Here
